Maestro Tchitchinadze is one of the most beloved artists in Georgia. He has won both public and critical acclaim thanks to his brilliant music skills coupled with personal charisma and his warm and sensitive way of communicating with musicians during the actual working process as well as beyond it.

Mr Tchitchinadze started his career as an opera conductor in 1998, when he conducted the Gala Concert at the International Opera Festival in Tbilisi, Georgia. He has been conductor and Deputy Artistic Director of the Tbilisi Z. Paliashvili Opera and Ballet State Theatre. He has conducted operas for the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theatre, such as: Aida (2008), Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci (2008) and Mozart’s Don Giovanni (2009).

Recently, George Tchitchinadze has been working with Sinfonia Varsovia in the Netherlands. After this performance the orchestra invited him to conduct a series of concerts at the famous Festivals "Les Folles Journees" by René Martin in Warsaw, Bilbao and Japan. He has been asked to join Sinfonia Varsovia again in 2011 in these same cities. Another very successful appearance with Sinfonia Varsovia took place in August 2010 in La Roque d'Antheron-France. He will return there in 2011.

He will conduct Het Orkest van het Oosten in Enschede-Holland in March 2011 and he started his first collaboration with the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra Holland in September 2010 preparing the Opera Fiery Angel by Prokofiev.

2007, Lithuanian National Philharmonic Orchestra in Vilnius and the Lithuanian National Chamber Orchestra.
2004, Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra as well as the Syrian National Symphony Orchestra in Damascus.
2003, Saint Christopher Chamber Orchestra at the International Music Festival “Alternative” in Vilnius, Lithuania.
2001, Music Director of the International Music Festival in Saga, Japan, where he conducted the famous St. Petersburg Orchestra of the State Hermitage Museum.
