Bass Jacob Abel joins Interartists Amsterdam for general management

We are excited to welcome the Norwegian bass Jacob Abel to our roster for general management.

For the last two seasons, Jacob Abel has taken part in the young artists programme of the Norwegian National Opera, where he debuted roles such as Colline (La Bohème) and Don Basilio (Il barbiere di Siviglia). In the 2022-23 season, he performs the role of Montano in Verdi’s Otello at Oscarsborg Opera, and Angelotti in Puccini’s Tosca at Norwegian National Opera. In concert, he performs Colline in Puccini’s La Bohème with the Arctic Philharmonic, and Mozart arias (Figaro, Leporello and Sarastro) at Bergen National Opera, among other projects.
