Consultancy Services

For artists not currently on our roster, we offer a tailored consultancy service to guide your career with confidence. This includes a 2-hour face-to-face meeting, 1 hour of preparation, and 1 hour of follow-up. Our session covers repertoire advice, career development, and strategic opportunities, drawing on our extensive industry insights. Topics can include artistic review, portfolio and website assessments, or young artist consultancy.

Our consultancy rate is €100 per hour, with a focus on personalized, respectful, and results-oriented support. To book or inquire, contact us at info@interartists.nl.

 

Orchestra and choir touring

At Interartists, we specialise in supporting international orchestras and or choirs performing in the Netherlands, bridging the gap between venue and orchestra to ensure a seamless experience.

Comprehensive Support for Orchestras
Interartists manages every detail—from instrument and bus transport to event planning and production. We handle travel bookings, accommodations, visas, and flights, delivering full production support. Successful collaborations include the National Turkish Youth Orchestra’s Concertgebouw debut, Maestro Jules Orchestra in Monaco, and the Dutch Radio Choir’s Hong Kong tour.

PR and Marketing Expertise
For concerts in the Netherlands, we offer tailored PR and marketing services. Our support includes:

Professional Support for CD Recordings

Interartists has extensive experience in organizing CD recordings. Additionally, we coordinate with conductors, orchestras, and sound engineers, and provide support with funding applications and marketing strategies in collaboration with record labels.

Business support of concert promoters and/or ensembles

Interartist could be an ideal partner for helping out with contract administration, financial administration, as well as CRM-systems. We are specialists in problem-solving and collaborative planning within our extensive network in the music industry. We work seamlessly with orchestra departments, venues or festival teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that every aspect of an artist's guest performance is flawlessly coordinated. We utilize our extensive network and CRM database to provide both last-minute solutions and long-term planning support for artists and concert organizations. For many years, we focused on support of our artists, but we can also reverse this approach and offer our expertise and resources to assist promoters.

Contract Support
With extensive experience in contract management, we offer tailored consultancy services. For example, we’ve guided a recording studio in drafting comprehensive contracts and have independently created legal agreements for music foundations, voluntary organizations, and partners less familiar with such processes. Additionally, we provide expert advice to affiliated artists worldwide, helping them navigate and review contracts. This diverse expertise enables us to handle even the most intricate administrative tasks with precision and care.

Financial Services to business managers of festivals and/or ensembles
We provide comprehensive financial support to our artists to ensure smooth operations and transparent financial management between artists and promoters.

Our services to concert promoters and/or ensembles would include:

  • Assisting the business manager in drafting and managing budgets, monitoring agreements with artists, and processing payments.

  • Collaborating with administrators and accountants to transfer booking documents and prepare statements or annual accounts.

  • Supporting the business manager in crafting communication for subsidy and sponsorship partners.

  • Offering guidance and support in utilizing the organization’s CRM system effectively.
